To deny your shadow

If you don’t cast a shadow, are you really alive?

I was inspired by carl jung’s ideas about the repressed self and how embracing the dark parts of yourself, allows you to live authentically. Denying your shadow makes you a ghost of yourself. The classical vampire does not cast a shadow, but then again, neither are they alive.
